The Tiffany glass ceiling in the lobby is fine. I booked a Zócalo view room and found it super comfortable (the view was indeed amazing!).
I noticed the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room enough. The thermostat stayed around 72 F, despite adjustments.

The terrace restaurant offers a really good breakfast with a amazing view of the Zócalo. Staff are attentive, and they greet guests with smiles, providing usual coffee and tea orders promptly. This made for an enjoyable start to the day.

My room, a beautiful king room, was well-kept. it included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom had two sinks and a walk-in shower. It worked well. i also appreciated the complimentary access to the guest lounge.

The staff was kind and helpful . They even provided our group with umbrellas for our tour. The breakfast on the terrace offered a wonderful start to the day. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room, it was both comfortable and clean.
